King’s Heights Residents!


We’ve got exciting news from your King’s Heights HOA!

We know this year has been tough and many of us are looking for reasons and ways to get out, connect and live and we on the HOA couldn’t agree more!  So, we as a Board decided to create several King’s Heights community events that do exactly that (in a safe and restriction-friendly way).

The kickoff event we have planned will be a King’s Heights Halloween Display competition!

* How to Enter:

  1. Register your house by completing the registration form HERE 
  2. Provide your address.
  3. Provide your contact information (email)
  4. Provide a Halloween theme name for your display e.g. “Last house on the left” or “Bones, haunts   and screams”…. etc.
  5. Ensure the and are setup in your email  so that they do not get routed to your spam.
  6. Submit a photo to and of their display once it is up.
  7. We will collect the info from the registration (with addresses) and will post an address list on the King’s Heights HOA site ( along with a link to the voting page.



  1. Vote submittal must include your name, address & contact info
  2. Contest is open to Kings Heights residents only.
  3. Votes are limited to one per registered KH HOA household.
  4. Winners will be contacted via e-mail to arrange for prize delivery.
  5. There is no fee to enter, registration is not required.
  6. Deadline to enter is October 25th.
  7. Please submit your registration by October 25th so your fellow homeowners know who to vote for.
  8. You have until October 31st to decorate your house and send in a picture.
  9. Votes can be submitted until November 1st.


 Categories & Prizes:

Five prizes will be up for grabs and will be an assortment of gift cards to local vendors.

  1. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes based on votes
  2. Participation prize, randomly drawn, for a Halloween contest registrant
  3. Participation prize, randomly drawn, for a Halloween contest voter
