During the week of November 17, 2025 C-Era Property Management, on direction of the Board of Directors of Kings Heights HOA, has formally begun collection procedures on properties that have unpaid dues of more than $300. This will include the balance of unpaid fees plus the associated legal costs to collect. Two separate notices were provided to these homeowners in the hopes that the outstanding amounts would be cleared. The 2026 budget and associated 2026 invoices will be issued early in January.
