The 2026 HOA budget is now available online on our Financials page. A paper copy with the dues statement will be mailed the week of April 6th, to the address that is currently on file with C-Era Property Management. Homeowners will have until May 31 to remit your fees. New this year is a credit card option in addition to the ability to pay via e-transfer, pre-authorized debit and cheque. The fee will continue to be $84.00 ($80.00 plus GST) as in prior years. Along with your fee statement will be the 2026 HOA budget.
